I teach writers and writing teachers, I teach communicators and researchers and investigators, I teach lifelong learners

I seek to make a difference in the lives of my students, the students I am responsible for, the teachers I lead as well as their students

I design challenging classes and create innovative programs to inspire and feed learners at all levels

I dedicate my voice, my words, my research, and my work to the success of these students and these teachers

My blog, my scholarship, and my research are focused on supporting my roles as teacher and leader and I believe paying my experience and knowledge forward and investing in the growth and development is my duty
