Our July 16 Write Across America stop was in New Mexico where we drew inspiration from the life and work of Georgia O’Keeffe who found home in the land of enchantment. I wrote about courage (or cowardice) and my struggle to live with a life choice that I made. My fellow rebel cartographers also wrote about alien experiences. I also thought about writing about balloons…
After our July 2 stop was South Dakota, July 9 was Alabama. If you want to join the Write Across America community sign up here. Visit our map to check out all the stops on our five year (and counting) tour of America. The Rebel Cartographers are also writing in response to each of the summer stops on Thursday evenings.
